Armageddon Designs has been operating since 1998. Dane Child is the principal designer and owner and operates the business as a family entity.
Our entry to the industry was via sketch media and solely based on livery design for the V8 Supercar series. During the following years we expanded our scope to take in the majority of Australian motorsport categories. Our first design to come to life was the Greenfield Mowers livery used by Cameron McLean in the 1998 Australian Super Touring series.
During the following years Dane studied Airbrushing under Chris Spray and has since become quite accomplished with the Airbrush which enables us to offer Custom Painting as one of our many services.
At the start of 2008 we took a great step forward and entered into the world of digital art. This step has taken Dane’s artwork to the next level and has enabled Armageddon Designs to become one of the top design businesses in Australia. This was recognised with feature articles in the official V8 Supercar Magazine, V8X, a mere 6 months after changing mediums.
Armageddon Designs have produced some of the most recognisable liveries in Australia covering all categories from Tarmac Rallies to V8Supercars and will continue to do so in the future.
